They say adding a bit of asana (physical practice) and pranayama (breathing techniques) into one's work day can be transformational. So, this May during Mental Health Awareness Month, we are bringing yoga to you. Local yoga instructor, Rachel Bairstow of Life Support Yoga will be helping you reconnect with your inner Chi and hidden Chakras. May happy thoughts be your new BFF!
