WIB-Boston: A Conversation with Daphne Zohar on Lessons in Leadership

This event will provide an opportunity to interact with Daphne Zohar, CEO and Founder of PureTech Health and discuss her views on leadership. During the session, Daphne will explain how her experience as a founder and CEO of a growing company helped to strengthen and develop her leadership skills. She will speak to and answer questions about her priorities as CEO, including what makes for a successful and sustainable organization and culture, how to cultivate team engagement and how to utilize leaders on your team at different levels. Daphne will also address how certain behaviors can get in the way of effective leadership as well as the role gender plays in influencing leadership success. Not to be missed!
