It's Cinco de Mayo and we're celebrating the only way we know how - a good ol' fashioned Salsa Competition! Put your homemade salsa to the test against your fellow residents and the LabCentral team. Gift certificates will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place salsa makers. If you are up for the challenge then put your sombrero in the ring!
