Take a deep breath. Literally. Feel a little better? During these unsettling times, anxiety and stress can become overwhelming. To help, Rachel Bairstow of Life Support Yoga will guide us through meditation from the comfort of our armchairs, helping us to find balance and incorporate mindfulness as a community into our daily lives.
Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.
