Nabiha Saklayen
Dr. Nabiha Saklayen is a bio-inspired physicist and entrepreneur developing technologies to redefine how we engineer cells. She made significant scientific contributions to the field of pulsed-laser delivery to cells, with several peer-reviewed publications, patents pending, and grants awarded. Dr. Saklayen launched Cellino as CEO and Co-founder with the vision of converging physics,biology, and computation to enable paradigm shifts in regenerative medicine with a world-class team. Cellino is building a “CellCoder” engine to discover stem cell differentiation programs for every cell and tissue type in the body.

Dr. Saklayen was recognized as a "Pioneer" in MIT Tech Review's 35 Innovators under 35 list for her inventions in laser-based delivery methods and is on the 2019 Forbes 30 under 30 List for Healthcare. She received her BS summa cum laude in Physics from Emory University as a Robert Woodruff Scholar, and her PhD in Physics from Harvard University as an HHMI International Fellow.

Ida Pavlichenko
Dr. Ida Pavlichenko is a CEO and Co-Founder of PionEar Technologies, Inc., a spin- out of the Wyss Institute, - an innovative medical device company for ear and hearing disorders. Led by Dr. Pavlichenko, in 2018, PionEar Technologies has received the Grand Prize i at the Harvard President’s Innovation Challenge; the Wyss’ Validation Grant for Technology Commercialization; the Gold Prize at the MassChallenge (Boston); and the Collegiate Innovators Competition by National Hall of Fame and the USPTO. 

Previously, Dr. Pavlichenko was a postdoctoral fellow in the group of Prof. Joanna Aizenberg at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, where she was applying the principles of bio-inspired engineering for the design and development of novel medical devices and AI-based photonic sensors, and spearheading numerous complex collaborative efforts with academia, industry, government, and start-ups, and was a co-inventor on several patents. Dr. Pavlichenko earned her PhD from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany in 2014 and an MSc from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia in 2010.
