Topic: Daktari Diagnostics is a Cambridge, MA-based, venture-funded technology company developing healthcare solutions to enable enhanced disease management in developed and developing countries. Daktari is building a point-of-care diagnostic platform using a microfluidic, single-use, assay-specific disposable and a portable reader. In this talk, the speakers will focus on some of the design and manufacturing challenges in turning microfluidics technologies into commercial in vitro diagnostics (IVD) products.
