EHS On Boarding

Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
This training is required for ALL residents of LabCentral. Anyone working in the lab is also required to renew this training on an annual basis.
The following topics will be covered:
LabCentral EHS Overview (30 minutes: required for ALL LabCentral residents)
- LabCentral Commitment to Safety
- EHS Resources Available to Residents
- Resident EHS Responsibilities
- Emergency Action and Contingency Plan
Laboratory Specific Information and Training (additional 1.5 hours: required for lab personnel only)
- Laboratory Safety and Chemical Hygiene
- Biological Safety and Bloodborne Pathogens
