LabCentral Ignite is partnering with Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) to provide opportunities for DEI Leadership Training to biotech startups.  

During the three days (over the course of three weeks) of intensive training, you will (re)learn the basics of DEI and define your role and responsibility as a leader in building an organization with a diverse workforce, equitable processes, and inclusive culture. For a fee of $1,000, each company may send up to two representatives to attend the full training program. This fee is waived for LabCentral resident and alumni companies! 

October 13, 11:30am-5:00pm EDT – Kick-Off Lunch + Training Day 1 (in-person at LabCentral) 

October 20, 1:00pm-5:00pm EDT – Training Day 2 (virtual)   

October 27, 1:00pm-5:00pm EDT – Training Day 3 (virtual)
