Put your HOMEMADE salsa to the test against your fellow residents and the LabCentral team! We better not see any jars being opened... One salsa entry per person and one vote per attendee. Gift certificates to a local Mexican restaurant will be given out to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place salsa makers!
What about the chips you say? Don't worry, we have that covered along with some guacamole and the "appropriate" beverages...of course!
