Sara Santarsiero

Associate, Accounting & Procurement

As the Accounting & Procurement Associate, Sara has a unique opportunity of being able to collaborate with both teams. This includes handling invoices, solving order complications as well as contributing her time as a liaison between our residents and vendors.

Prior to joining LabCentral, Sara worked for several art institutions as well as corporate financial industries. During her time with the Peabody Essex Museum and Montserrat Gallery she focused on integrating these institutions’ creative cultures with local communities. These collaborative-based projects ranged from exhibition openings, public workshops and lectures, to site specific art installations.

Sara holds a BFA from Montserrat College of Art, focusing heavily in abstract painting and art history.  During her time with Montserrat she was the recipient of the Irene Michelini Scholarship and the Barnet Painting and Drawing Award. Since graduating from Montserrat, Sara has shown in numerous group exhibitions throughout the North Shore as well as Montserrat’s annual Artrageous benefit auction.

(Even while she’s working) Sara is taking on the new role of Mom! In her free time, Sara enjoys listening to podcasts, trips to the ocean, going out for sushi boats, and playing Lion Cubs with Giovanni.

Favorite school science project: launching bottle rockets off the football field during class – basic, but oh so fun!
