Natalie Kostich

Director, Business Administration

Natalie is the Director of Business Administration at LabCentral, a role that works closely with the CEO to maximize day to day efficiency. She focuses on calendar oversight, meeting moderation and special projects. 

Natalie comes from a diverse professional background including a 13-year tenure in operations and sales at EF Education First, a multinational education/travel company.

 After completing a Master in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School, her path led her to manage political campaign operations on local and national levels.  

Natalie has enjoyed a variety of volunteering experiences: the highlights include working at a wildlife sanctuary in Namibia, and as a pre-school teacher in South Africa, Brazil and India. She speaks five languages and is a travel enthusiast, having visited over 80 countries.

Favorite Science Experiment: My most memorable science experiment was in middle school when I explored the best way to remove a red wine stain from a white tablecloth (a common occurrence at family dinner parties) – the result was saline solution, although it did not remove the stain completely.
