Gary Vogel is the operations manager at the Harvard Life Lab, a branch of the Harvard Innovation Labs operated by LabCentral. He manages the daily office operations of the Harvard Life Lab. Most recently, he comes from the industry of international education where he oversaw freshman study abroad programs. He focused on daily operations management, implementing HR systems, organizational development, and finances. Gary holds a master’s degree in History and Cultural Geography from University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand and a bachelor’s degree in History and German from Arizona State University.
Favorite school science project: “In sixth grade, we conducted experiments on air pollution and collected samples around the city. I was mesmerized by how air pollution levels correlated with the city’s socio-economic scale. It was an eye opener in terms of science and social implications!”
