Courtney Ho

Site Head, Blavatnik Harvard Life Lab Longwood

Courtney Ho is the site head leading the operations team at the Blavatnik Harvard Life Lab. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations and is the first point of contact for resident companies in the space. Additionally, Courtney works to ensure ventures have the resources they need to succeed and manages the Harvard Life Labs selection committee. Before coming to LabCentral, Courtney graduated with a bachelor’s degree in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Connecticut. During her time at UConn, Courtney worked at various internships with research topics ranging from bacterial spores to sports injuries. Presently, Courtney is pursuing an MBA from Boston University with a concentration in Health Sector Management.
