OUR LABCENTRAL LOCATIONS
THE PREMIER LABORATORY FACILITY FOR NEXT-GENERATION POWERHOUSE BIOTECH STARTUPS
LabCentral was founded in 2013 as a launchpad for high-potential life sciences start-ups. Operating over 225,000 sq. feet in Cambridge and Boston, LabCentral offers a network of fully permitted laboratory and office spaces for as many as 125 start-ups comprising approximately 1000 scientists and entrepreneurs.
LabCentral provides month to month, fully functional lab space, permits, waste handling, plus all reasonably common lab equipment for bioresearch. Access to conference rooms, event space, and kitchens is also included. In addition, LabCentral hosts a large amount of programming specific to the interests of life-sciences startups.

For early-stages life science start ups
Test out new ideas with "quick-to-scale" support. With a focus on Pre-seed through Series A companies, our flagship location offers a vibrant entrepreneurial community, a range of lab resources and the basics to jumpstart scientific discovery within days of moving in. Residents must have less than $10 million in dilutive funding to apply.

LabCentral 610 is a 33,000-square-foot facility located across a shared driveway from LabCentral on the third floor of Pfizer’s Kendall Square Worldwide Research and Development building. Eligible startups include those with high-impact science, excellent execution, and significant prospects for achieving scientific and business success whose space needs and funding exceed the offerings and financing cap at our 700 Main Street location.

Situated in the heart of “the most innovative square mile on the planet”, LabCentral 238 is a 100,000 square-foot facility purpose-designed to provide LabCentral resident companies with more robust and dynamic bio-manufacturing capabilities. With capacity for up to 13 early-to-mid stage companies, LabCentral 238 supports the transition from R&D bench-scale science into scalable production of pre-clinical material in anticipation of biomanufacturing.

Bayer Co.Lab Cambridge
Bayer’s Co.Lab Cambridge is specifically designed to support cutting-edge cell and gene therapies (CGT) entrepreneurs with access to Bayer’s enterprise-wide expertise in addition to state-of-the-art laboratory and office space operated by LabCentral.
The space is co-located within the Bayer Research and Innovation Center (BRIC), BlueRock Therapeutics, and Leaps by Bayer at 238 Main Street, allowing for direct access to Bayer’s experts. All Co.Lab residents have the opportunity to engage, exchange, and share their experience and ideas across international Bayer Co.Lab locations.

The Pagliuca Harvard Life Lab is a 15,000-square-foot state-of-the-art wet laboratory and co-working space for high-potential biotech and life science ventures of Harvard affiliation. Blavatnik Harvard Life Lab Longwood
The Blavatnik Harvard Life Lab Longwood connects Harvard-affiliated company founders, including founders affiliated with Harvard Hospitals and Institutions, to resources best suited for pre-seed and seed round research and development work in therapeutic discovery.
